If you practice healthy habits, you will attain a healthy lifestyle. Plans include detailed, individual specific training with additional dietary advice to complement your program. I will work closely with you to keep you on track and motivated.
With over 20 years of experience in the world of athletics, representing one of the UK’s most prestigious clubs Birchfield Harriers and proudly represented England and Great Britain. This has allowed me the privilege of working with some of the best coaches, physios and supporting specialist from around the world. This has given me first hand insight into how to build goal specific plans, adapt when needed and ultimately achieve your goals.
